- Items that are damaged, worn, or not in original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Process
- Initiating an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at ts.mailstock@gmail.com with your order details, the reason for the exchange, and any supporting photos if applicable. - Processing Time
Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will process your exchange within 5 business days. If eligible, you’ll be provided with a new item of the same value. - Shipping for Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with sending items back for exchange.
- If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the shipping costs.
Return Process
